Preface:
China apparel industry has been on a fast expanding track in the past few years, but the steps are now caught up by product quality and brand building, which lays Trojan horse leading the highly accumulated product inventory now. In the year of 2011, both consumption for apparel in China and international markets slowed down, while producers held a too optimist view previously. The traditional extensive manufacturing piled up to high stock in apparel plants. Meantime, producers fund their money blocked by buyers' credit crunch, and their actual received capital dropped. Therefore, in the year of 2012 producers have to focus on de-inventory and struggle with trials and tribulations.
