During the 1st Denim Premiere Vision Asia show, that it is being held in Shanghai on 23nd and 24th October, Jeanologia, the world leader in garment finishing with sustainable processes, will be presenting its innovative production model to the Asian market, a model which is efficient, sustainable and cost-reducing.

For a long time Jeanologia has consistently been the pioneer of cutting-edge technology focuses on increasing the productivity for the textile industry, at the same time always keeping the environment in mind. Developed under sound principles of ecology, efficiency and ethics (3E), these technologies are now contributing a big change in the Asian production model, by being aimed at automation, productivity and social responsibility.

In fact Jeanologia has over 100 machines distributed across the leading manufacturers and brands in the Asian market, such as Edwin Japan, Cristal, Golden Wind, Jack & Jones, Delta and Uniclo, among others, providing an alternative to the employee at workforce which is getting more expensive.

In order to reinforce its position in the Asian market and to expand its sales network Jeanologia is seting up in China by opening its new office Jeanologia Hong Kong Limited. Likewise Jeanologia has technical support in Honk Kong, Shanghai and Canton to provide services all over the country.

The Spanish company has developed a textile laser called GFK as well as an eco-washing machine called G2 which provide a spectacular saving on jean finishing processes; greater savings on energy saving, chemicals and time, while still representing a lower cost.

In this sense, the GFK textile laser reproduces traditional wearing and very elaborate tears with a reduction time and increase in the accuracy and reproducibility so as to obtein a more authentic look through low energy consumption means.

According to Enrique Silla CEO of Jeanologia:“This new laser technology allows for greater production compared with other forms of jeans finishing such as manual scraping, PP spraying, or sandblasting. Laser is the alternative which offers greater productivity, it´s possible to produce 100-200 jeans per hour while manual scraping achieves just 10 jeans per hour, sandblasting produces 30 units per hour and PP spraying still only produces 60 units per hour.”

In addition Jeanologia has developed a technology (G2) which involves an eco-washing machine that works with ozone and oxygen, and washes jeans and t-shirts without water or chemicals, those providing the garments with a vintage finish. This technology translates 67% water saving per garment 85% saving in chemicals and 62% savings in energy.

Jeanologia will be showing its latest Easy Mark 2012 software at the stand (A-12) Denim Premiere Vision Asia. It simplifies the design task on GFK lasers and integrates production, creativity and design, cutting the pre-production process.
