Dongguan Association of Textile and Garment Industry, an industrial association from South China’s Guangdong province, is interested in setting up garment factories in the country. The company discussed with officials from DICA on December 11 about foreign investment law including land ownership and revenue and tax exemptions.

China Mobile also met with DICA officials on December 5 to discuss investment in the country’s mobile telecommunications.
